Emily and Steve - Leigh Park Hotel
Emily and Steve were married at Leigh Park Hotel on a sunny Friday in early September.
Ruth and Pat - Stowell Park
Ruth and Pat’s wedding was to take place in the picturesque village of Yanworth right in the heart of the Cotswolds - the ceremony in the tiny Church followed by a reception in the Hunting Lodge next door.
Amy and Sean - Bowood Hotel
Amy and Sean were yet another couple who had suffered postponements a-plenty. With their original ceremony due to take place in November 2020 it was pushed back, not just once, but twice.
Amy and Henry - Grittleton House
It’s always lovely to be back at a venue which I know like the back of my hand but it’s also nice to have a new element thrown into the mix. For Amy and Henry’s wedding, that came in the form of Grittleton Church.
Philippa and Michael - Part 2 - Grittleton House
For many couples who chose to go ahead with smaller-than-they-would-have-liked ceremonies last year, they decided to also organise a second, larger celebration for when restrictions were finally lifted. And that’s exactly what Philippa and Michael chose to do.
Kate and Anthony - A Marquee Wedding in Marlborough
When I arrived to photograph Kate’s preparations, it was raining cats and dogs! Thankfully, by the time the ceremony was over, the rain had cleared and the rest of the day remained (more or less) rain free and even sunny at times!
Chrissy and James - Priston Mill
I can’t quite remember how many “Plan B’s” that Chrissy and James had got up to. But after a postponement, a change in date and also a change in venue, they were finally married at Holy Trinity Church in the centre of Frome with their reception taking place at the beautiful Priston Mill.
Liz and Martyn - Syrencot
After a number of postponements, Liz and Martyn were finally married at St Mary the Virgin Church in Bishops Cannings followed by a reception at the beautiful Syrencot. This was my first time shooting a wedding at Syrencot and it didn’t disappoint!
Cari-Ann and Alex - Grittleton House
After a bit of a delay thanks to Covid, Cari-Ann and Alex were finally able to get married at the beautiful Grittleton House.
Claire and Pux - Conygree Farm
Claire and Martin booked after seeing me photograph their friends wedding. They wanted a photographer that was going to be discreet, blend into the background and document their day without too many posed photos. Absolutely my type of couple!
Natasha and Stewart - Grittleton House
Natasha and Stewart booked me for their wedding all the way back in May 2019. We soon after met up for their pre-wed shoot in the summer of 2019 which, we thought at the time, would be 12 whole months before their ceremony.
Of course, 2020 had other ideas!
Rasheda and George - A Tipi Wedding near Bath
As soon as Rasheda said those magic words “it’s a Tipi wedding in a field” I was sold! I always love celebrations like this - they are so relaxed with a real family feel and that was certainly the case for this wedding.
Lily and Paul - Grittleton House
Lily and Paul were yet another couple who had been forced to postpone their wedding celebrations from 2020 so it was really lovely to be able to watch close family members able to hug once again!
Anya and Jordan - Abbey House Malmesbury
Anya and Jordan’s postponed wedding fell on the final day before all of the government restrictions were removed. Thankfully, it didn’t make too much difference as they had already been planning an intimate ceremony.
Lucy and Matt - a family-filled Wedding near Devizes
I was so excited for Lucy and Matt’s wedding. It was taking place on Lucy’s Aunt and Uncles Farm. It was the perfect blank canvas for their Wedding and I couldn’t wait to see how they had transformed the space.
Katherine and Jon - Wedding Celebrations and Associate Shooting
As much as I wanted to photograph Katherine and Jon’s wedding myself, it just wasn’t possible. I enlisted the help of Nick Spratling, a fantastic wedding photographer who I knew would approach the day in a similar style to me.
Lindsey and Rob - Part Two!
A definite HURRAH! for the return of weddings and finally being able to have more than 30 guests! It meant that Lindsey and Rob’s wedding (part two!) actually felt *almost* normal.
Sophie and Simon
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, Sophie and Simon decided to split their celebration in two but having a slightly smaller gathering than they had initially planned didn’t dampen the atmosphere in the slightest!
Kim and James Wedding in Trowbridge
Kim and James’ micro-wedding celebrations in Trowbridge and Calne.
Lauren and Ben - Intimate Roman Baths Wedding
After postponing their wedding by three months and then drastically cutting down their guest list to fit in with current government guidelines, Lauren and Ben were finally married at a very intimate celebration at the beautiful Roman Baths.
