Natasha and Stewart - Grittleton House
Natasha and Stewart booked me for their wedding all the way back in May 2019. We soon after met up for their pre-wed shoot in the summer of 2019 which, we thought at the time, would be 12 whole months before their ceremony.
Of course, 2020 had other ideas!
They first decided to postpone their big day to April 2021 and then, to ensure that all of their guests would be allowed to attend, they postponed again to July 2021.
In the meantime, they excitingly discovered that they were expecting their first baby which meant a few small tweaks were required, not least that Natasha decided to buy a new wedding dress! This contributed to a very emotional dress reveal to Dad! Natasha’s Mum was already in tears with the happy emotion of the day and that transferred over to Dad when he entered the room! I have to say that this is quite easily one of my favourite moments of the day!
Prior to the wedding, when I managed to catch up with Natasha and Stewart to hear about their final plans, I was excited to hear that they were planning a back-to-front day which included having their drinks reception and formal photos before their ceremony.
I was intrigued to see how this would work and, actually, it was brilliant! They greeted their guests, who were already relaxing in the beautiful gardens at Grittleton, to cheers and applause. We then gathered for some formal photos before their guests were asked to take their seats for the ceremony. It was such a lovely way to do things and meant that the whole day was relaxed and chilled.
Below you will find a small selection of my favourite photos from the day. To view the full gallery, please head here (the password can be obtained from Natasha or Stewart).
