Moonraker Hotel, Trowbridge - Tammy and Sean

Well, what can I say about Tammy and Sean’s wedding at the Moonraker Hotel in Trowbridge?

It’s been a little while since I was here for a wedding but I was really looking forward to documenting their day. With a large room set aside for the preparations of the bridal party, I was flabbergasted to find that the all of the dresses and shoes had already been hung and styled ready for me to jump straight in and start shooting!

I love it when the prep, ceremony and reception all happen at the same venue - it takes away all of the anxiety that I feel when I am required to drive from one venue to the next - and I was able to flit around to my hearts content grabbing room details, photographing guests arriving whilst periodically checking back in with Tammy.

After revealing the dress to her Dad, it was then time for Tammy to join Sean for the ceremony. I know Tammy was nervous but looking back on the photos, you wouldn’t have known. She seemed to have a huge smile on her face all the way down the aisle!

I loved how this wedding Tammy and Sean included so many little touches - the rainbow pastel colours which were reflected in the bridesmaids dresses, the flowers, the cake and the ceremony decor, the Magician that was there to entertain the children (and the adults alike!) but one of the most entertaining touches came when Tammy and Sean pulled out a pair of Nerf guns and proceeded to take aim at their guests during the large group photo!
