Grittleton House - Emma and Andy

I honestly lost track of how long I had been waiting to photograph Emma and Andy’s wedding!

After a handful of postponements, crossing paths at Wedding Fairs, meeting them (and their adorable dog!) for their pre-wedding photoshoot and getting to know each other rather well on Instagram, their Wedding Day FINALLY arrived and I was definitely excited to document it for them.

I arrived to find Emma tucked away in the dressing room with her bridesmaids, Mum and Mother-in-Law to be. Opening the door, I immediately had a huge grin on my face as Emma greeted me wearing a Yoda headband and a Dinosaur t-shirt! From that moment on, the day just continued to get better!

Having invited their very closest friends and family it was an intimate and very emotional day, especially when it came to the speeches - I don’t think Andy left a dry eye in the house! There was gin galore, lots of laughter and happy faces wherever I looked.

In the run-up to the day I had been keeping an eye on the weather. Rain was forecast and so I knew that we needed to get the group photos done as soon after the ceremony as possible. Thankfully we managed to get the group shots finished and, within minutes, the rain started pouring down! It would continue to be stop-start for the rest of the day but not once did it interfere with anyone enjoying the day to the full!

Below you can find a small selection of my favourite photos from the day. To view the full gallery, please contact Emma or Andy.
